Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee has been called the champagne of coffee. Made special by the unique geography of the Blue Mountains and the centuries-old expertise of the farmers, this coffee is unparalleled in taste and texture.
Beans used for roasting are hand-selected for ripeness and quality, then roasted to spec. Roasted beans are vacuum-packed immediately to ensure freshness and flavor.
At Rowan’s Royale, the vast majority of our coffee is shade-grown, the way coffee likes to grow. Each year we replant more shade trees as part of our holistic, organic, and nature-first growing method.
Coffee was first planted on our farm in the late 18th century using traditional methods. A woman and Jamaican-owned farm, Rowan’s Royale grows, harvests and roasts and prepares coffee the traditional way – with careful planning, hands-on attention, and no artificial growing methods or chemicals.
Rowan’s Royale is the only certified organic coffee farm in the Jamaican Blue Mountain growing region – a distinction we are proud of.
