Non-Dairy Vanilla Honey “Macachino”

A Coffee Confession

“Want to hear my coffee confession?  So, I love love love my cup of morning coffee.  In fact, its my favorite part of the day.  Every morning I brew Organic Rowan’s Royale Blue Mt. Coffee, blend it in the Vitamix with my homemade Vanilla Almond Milk, 1 Tsp of Maca Powder, Cinnamon and Honey to make a MACACHINO! It is absolutely delicious and even good for you!”

Method

  1. Brew a fresh batch of coffee.
  2. Add it to the blender and along with the almond milk, cinnamon and honey to taste.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of Maca Powder.
  4. Blend until mixed.
  5. Enjoy!
